Baco Properties operates a little differently than the typical real estate investment company. We focus on long-term, multi-generational capital appreciation. Our operation doesn’t follow the private equity model of many real estate investment companies. When we purchase an asset, we nurture it as it appreciates in value. We’re not interested in flipping properties. In fact, we’ve never sold an asset. At Baco, we purchase properties and invest time, money and energy into building optimally functional businesses. We’re in it for the long haul.
